The header is adjustable within a 6D space, providing powerful and flexible adjustment capabilities.
Labeling for any product can be correctly set up within just a few minutes.
The pressure between the drive shaft and the pressure roller is adjustable, allowing for precise control of the label feeding direction. Unlike common elastic pressing mechanisms, this design enables unrestricted label movement.
The label outlet adopts a double pressure-roller structure, which keeps the label tape tight and helps avoid label breakage due to backing paper damage during die-cutting. The sectional-type clutch ensures more balanced tension.
A high-performance servo motor from a well-known manufacturer is used to achieve closed-loop control, ensuring high-speed and high-precision positioning.
A specially designed positioning mechanism ensures accurate alignment of the objects to be labeled, resulting in precise label placement.
The pressing belt and main drive gear are connected to ensure absolute synchronization between the two conveyor belts without the need for additional adjustments.
A multi-sided wrapping labeling mechanism can be added to handle both round and square bottles, allowing a single machine to perform multiple labeling functions: flat bottle labeling, full-wrap round bottle labeling, round bottle positioning labeling, and multi-sided labeling for square bottles.
An advanced HMI interface, PLC control system, and a 304 stainless steel body are adopted. Operators can easily use the machine after simple training.
