Working Principle & Process Flow
The FG‑130 executes the classic double-seam process: filled cans are carried on the conveyor to the sealing station; lids are placed and clamped under the chuck; then sequential first and second rollers form and tighten the double seam as the can rotates. Optionally, vacuum or inert‑gas (e.g. nitrogen) flushing can be applied before sealing to enhance content preservation and safety. A fault‑detection system halts operation if cans or lids are missing or misaligned.
